| Dr. Kurt Fischer is currently Vice President of Engineering, Management & Integration, Inc., where he develops Information Technology (IT) strategies and architectures for the Defense Finance and Accounting Service. Prior to that, he was Vice President of IT at Bell Atlantic, and earlier he was Director of Information Technology for the Office of the Secretary of Defense. Fischer has published numerous papers on software engineering and management, and he is a frequent speaker at corporate, professional, and government conferences. | |
