Fred Manzer |

Fred Manzer is a Senior Program Manager with the Center for Systems Management, Inc. (CSM). At CSM he provides project management and systems engineering training and consulting for government organizations and commercial firms in the U.S. and overseas. Prior to joining CSM, Manzer spent three years with another consulting firm and nine years at the Defense Systems Management College (DSMC). He began his career in the Air Force and spent 12 years at various positions in aerospace companies.
Manzer has an MS in Management and is a Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP). |
