            Welcome title image to the CD version of Software Technology Conference (STC 2002)!

   The goal of the conference is to provide a forum for software professionals in the
   Department of Defense (DoD), related industries, and academia to increase their
   understanding of effective software technologies and exchange lessons learned
   in the acquisition, development, support, and management of software intensive
   systems.

   Some presentations were not submitted in time for inclusion on the CD-ROM.
   Please check the Web version of the proceedings for updated slides. You will be
   able to access past conference proceedings on the Web as well.
