The following are the five questions which have proven useful in thinking about and structuring process improvement programs:  Motive - Why change? What are the critical business issues driving process improvement?  Model - Which model best maps to the organization practices under consideration?  Method - How you can quickly and effectively identify improvement opportunities? Managing Change - What factors most impact the effectiveness of introduced changes?  Measures - What are some key issues in measuring the effects of process changes?  This tutorial will help organizations answer these questions.
