| The Lean Systems/Software Initiative was a multi-year Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Co. technology project portfolio made up of a number of carefully selected software and systems technology development and deployment projects to specifically address our software crisis. This presentation describes the background of the initiative, identifies and describes the technology projects’ objectives and results, and describes how the technologies were managed and transferred to working programs, particularly to the Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) program. | |
