Paul Solomon

Paul Solomon is a Visiting Scientist at the Carnegie Mellon University/Software Engineering Institute (CMU/SEI). He authored CMU/SEI-2002-TN-016, Using CMMI to Improve Earned Value Management (EVM) and two articles on Performance-Based Earned Value in CrossTalk. Solomon also manages EVM on software intensive programs of Northrop Grumman Corp. He was on the team that wrote the ANSI standard for EVM and received the Department of Defense (DoD) David Packard Excellence in Acquisition Award. Solomon presented at the past four Software Technology Conferences (STC), Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) Conferences and at Software Engineering Process Group (SEPG) conferences in the U.S. and India. Solomon is a Project Management Professional and holds a BA and an MBA from Dartmouth College.
