Mary Lynn Penn

Mary Lynn Penn is Director of Quality Systems and Process Manager
with Lockheed Martin Co. (LMC) Management & Data Systems, oversees
policies, process compliance, and improvement
across the organization. She chairs the Executive
Process Steering Committee (EPSC); coordinated
and managed Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) adoption and appraisal. Her past
experience includes tasking as a Program Manager (PM) of major Software Development activities;
various management roles as interface to customer
issues and risk evaluations.
Penn has been involved with the Software
Engineering Institute (SEI) for many years, is also
a certified ISO 9000 internal auditor and Black
Belt certified in Six Sigma and Lean Techniques.
Penn holds a BS in Mathematics from Villanova
University.
