| Sarah A. Sheard received the 2002 Founder's Award from the International Council on Systems Engineering (INCOSE). She has chaired INCOSE's Measurement technical committee and Communications committee, and has served as the Program Chair and Director of her local INCOSE chapter. Sheard has over 40 publications, including the well-known Frameworks Quagmire and Twelve Systems Engineering Roles papers. Sheard has worked in systems engineering and process improvement for over 20 years, in domains from satellites to air traffic control software. She is currently a Chief Technologist leading the systems engineering effort at the Software Productivity Consortium. | |
