Dr. Tai-Ching (TC) Tuan

   Dr. Tai-Ching (TC) Tuan is currently Strategic Technical Director, Army Human Resources Command, Alexandria, VA. Previously he was a Principal System Architect and an Operations Research Analyst. Tuan has also taught Computer Science at National Sun Yat-sen University, Taiwan, University of Oklahoma, and George Mason University.

   Tuan has extensive refereed jounal publications in the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) transactions on Computers/CAD, Networks, IEEE Proceedings on Computers and Digital Techniques, Information Processing Letters, SIAM Journal, etc. He has also given presentations extensively at the Software Technology Conference (STC), IEEE conferences, workshops, etc.

   Tuan earned a PhD in Computer Science, Northwestern University.
