CAPT Gib Kerr

Speaker List

CAPT Gib Kerr is a Nuclear Submariner by training, Major Program Manager by assignment, and a Change Agent by choice. He has spent over 24 years in the U.S. Navy driving submarines, building and repairing them (as well as repairing surface ships); served on Flag Staffs and been involved in Submarine Combat Systems and sensors for seven years. He is currently the Program Manager for Submarine Acoustic Systems with the Program Executive Office-Submarines.

Kerr holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering, and an MS in Engineering Acoustics and National Resource Strategy. He’s DAWIA Level III in Production/Quality Management and Program Management.
