Joe H. Lindley is employed by Raytheon Co., Intelligence and Information Systems, in Dallas, TX, as a Project Measurement Coordinator. He has been with Raytheon for 15 years serving in a variety of software management and process improvement roles. Prior to that, he worked in the cancer therapy medical technology field as a Vice President of Marketing and as a Regulatory and Customer Relations Manager.
Lindley's early technical experience, as a Software Engineer and Lead, was with Universal Automatic Computer (UNIVAC) and Texas Instruments. Significant accomplishments: • Software Management (Successful completions) (Raytheon) • Developed “Best Practice” metrics process (Raytheon) • Highest company Software Engineering Institute (SEI) ratings at the Electrospace (Raytheon) facility • Developed company software process documents (Electrospace) • Generated winning state proposals for medical equipment (BSD Medical) • Gained complex Food and Drug Administration (FDA) medical device approvals (Clini-Therm Corp.) • Patent on Global Positioning System (GPS) software (Texas Instruments) Lindley has an MS in Electrical Engineering. |
