Dr. Caroline P. Graettinger is a Senior Member of the
Technical Staff at the Software Engineering
Institute (SEI) in Pittsburgh, PA. She is a
member of the Team Software Process (TSP)
Initiative, whose mission is to transition into
practice a scalable software engineering process
that predictably produces secure, high-quality
software to committed costs and schedules. Prior
to that she was the manager of the Technology
Transition Practices (TTP) group where she
directed research and development of methods and
metrics to guide both technologists and adopters
through critical stages in the transition
life-cycle.
Graettinger received her PhD from Carnegie Mellon University, Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering. |
