   Ivy F. Hooks is President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Compliance Automation, Inc. She provides expertise, seminars and training, and consulting in requirements management and engineering for a wide range of government and commercial clients across diverse types of systems. She authored the book Customer-Centered Products - Creating Successful Products Through Smart Requirements Management.

   Previously, her 20-year career with National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) included Integration Manager Shuttle Separation Systems and Manager Shuttle Flight Software Verification. Awards include NASA Exceptional Service Medal, NASA Outstanding Speaker awards, Arthur Flemming Outstanding Young Civil Servant. Organizations: Fellow, Society of Women Engineers; charter member, International Council on Systems Engineering (INCOSE), and Member, Institue of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE).
