Dr. Kenneth E. Nidiffer is a Systems and Software Consortium Fellow, a professor emeritus at the Defense Systems Management College, and an adjunct engineering professor at George Mason University. He has 43 years of experience as an
engineering practitioner and executive directing and participating in research, development, test and acquisition of software intensive systems.
His key focus areas are process improvement and project management where he has authored and presented a number of papers and co-authored a book.
