David R. Webb is a Senior Technical Program Manager for
the Software Division of Hill AFB, UT, a
CMMI Level 5 organization. He is a Project Management and
Process Improvement specialist with over 19 years of
technical, program management, and process improvement
experience. Mr. Webb is an SEI Authorized Instructor of the
Personal Software Process, a Team Software Process launch
coach, and he has worked as a program manager, SEPG
member, systems software engineer and test engineer.
Mr. Webb is a frequent contributor to Crosstalk and holds a BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Brigham
Young University.
