Kerr, CAPT Gib
CAPT Gib Kerr is currently the Chief Operating Officer for Germane Systems LC in Chantilly, VA. CAPT Kerr has over 25 years
experience in leading people and managing the development,
acquisition, production and support of large, highly
complex systems. His specialties include; team facilitation, improving operational efficency, and rapid insertion of COTS technology in DoD systems. He is a trained facilitator and has worked with an extraordinary array of diverse organizations.
He has a BS in Mechanical Engineering; an MS in National Resource Strategy as well as in Engineering Acoustics. CAPT Kerr is a retired Navy Captain and has been presenting at SSTC for many years.
