Bury Cardwells Estate Agents staff celebrated the double success of a property award, with company Managing Director Andrew Cardwell proudly saying: ‘It’s a superb way to mark the 40th anniversary of the Bury Cardwells ‘business.”
At the ceremony, at the Royal Lancaster Hotel in London, Cardwells Estate Agents walked away with Greater Manchester’s Best Estate Agency and Best Marketing Agency awards. The family-run estate agents on Market Street in Bury city centre, which was founded in 1982, have won awards from the United Kingdom Property Awards, the most important in the sector. The awards are the largest in the real estate industry and feature a jury of three peers. – Lord Caithness, Lord Best and Lord Waverley.
Customers are consulted during the judging process and mystery shopping experiments are also conducted. This is a long evaluation process over several months. Andrew spoke of his pride that customers have helped them achieve industry recognition.
He said: “There are a lot of estate offices in Greater Manchester, so to be recognized as the best of them all, and to win the award is a fantastic achievement.”
The Cardwells team also won the award for Best Marketing Agency in the North West.
“The marketing award recognizes the superb publicity of the properties we offer for sale or rental. I think our individual real estate marketing videos were a key factor in this win. Below is a sample marketing video for a property on India Street in Bury (now sold).
“These two awards belong to my wonderful colleagues, whose superb and tireless work has made this possible.
“I get to work with the best people, and these awards are recognition for their continued great work.
“My father Richard, who founded this company, and I are extremely proud of each of our colleagues.
“It is a privilege to work alongside them. We all understand that looking out for our customers’ best interests is our priority, and that’s just as important today as it was when we started in 1982.
“We are celebrating our company’s 40th anniversary this year and it’s a great way to mark the occasion.”
