THEY ARE family real estate agents who promise honesty and integrity in a city they know every corner of.

Edison Green Estate Agents, which is based in Oxford Street in Southampton, was launched in September 2019.

James Egan told the Daily Echo: “We were born out of a desire to offer customers an alternative service in an industry notorious for stereotypical salespeople.

“Our trustees have decades of industry experience, with most of us starting our careers in Southampton and therefore familiar with all corners of the city.

“We focus on a one-on-one relationship with all of our clients, so that they have a single point of contact throughout their selling, buying or managing experience with us. Not only does this make the process easier for clients , but it ensures that sales are not unnecessarily delayed. We are able to do this because all of our employees are highly experienced and have an in-depth knowledge of legal process. All customers matter to us, and we recognize that the Everyone’s situation is unique, which is why all of our marketing strategies are bespoke and individually tailored.

Edison Green doesn’t charge for premium features such as professional photography or detailed floor plans, they make good use of social media to market properties and offer zero-week contracts as standard.

“We were born and raised in Southampton,” adds James, “and we offer a personal yet professional service.

“We are innovative and think bigger. In today’s market, properties in the right neighborhoods at the right price are snapped up quickly. However, for properties that have a smaller pool of buyers, we don’t just market it on Rightmove and sit back and wait for buyers to contact us. We proactively use our network and other mediums to find buyers, which is why we have secured sales on properties that have traditionally been difficult to sell.

“Our agents don’t get paid by instruction or by having properties on the market for a long time, which is why we have every incentive to value properties properly and sell them quickly.”

Daily Echo:

Company staff, who have adapted to the Covid lockdowns with video viewings and increased use of virtual technology, are big Saints fans and are very happy to see their banner advertising proudly displayed on the stand Kingsland at St. Mary’s.
