Simon and Natalie Bridges could be on the verge of selling their multi-million dollar Tauranga home.
According to SEO on OneRoof and on the website of the SEO agencythe property is under offer.
Oliver Road agent Jason Eves told OneRoof the property was put up for sale as a contingent interest from someone who was unable to participate in the auction. He did not confirm when the sale would become unconditional.
The four-bedroom, four-bathroom home in the Tauranga suburb of Matua had been auctioned in late March but passed and was put back on the market with a price tag of $3.9million.
The two-level black house was listed as having “impressive English gardens, a spacious lawn and a magnificent spa pool”.
“Bold interior design and modern renovations combine with original solid 1950s architecture to create a spacious home for any family and their guests. Experience a very special property in the sought-after neighborhood of Matua,” the listing reads.
Bridges, the former National Party leader, quit politics earlier this year and took over as CEO of the Auckland Chamber of Commerce.
The New Zealand Herald reported that the Bridge home auction in Tauranga was led by award-winning auctioneer Mike Wilson of Apollo Auctions.
Neighbors reportedly said the auction was a flop, however.
According to data from OneRoof, the home last changed hands in 2018 for $2.326 million. He has an RV of $3.19 million.
