The ground floor offers several living areas that can be transformed into additional bedrooms, a country-style kitchen and a bathroom. A separate laundry room is also included. The building also has new wood-burning radiators, a ducted heating and cooling system and a solar system. The old post office is located five minutes from the airport, 15 minutes from the Launceston CBD, and within walking distance of the local school. The building was previously up for sale in 2019 by then-owners Carol and Jim Brown, who had worked behind the counter for almost 11 years delivering the mail. What do you think?
