The three-bedroom block in Bronte, with water views, has been on the market for 34 days, with price hopes of $2.15 million.
The list has been placed “under offer”.
Pricefinder records show they bought the apartment in 2016 for $1.45 million.

Ray White Eastern Beaches Constable Angus Gorrie is the listing agent.
It rented for $1,300 a week in 2019, and last year was asking for $1,100 a week, Pricefinder says.
Bronte’s median apartment price is $1.45 million, according to estate data, which represents an increase of 16% over the past year and 20.8% over five years.
