Perry Estate Agents participates in the Stockholm Real Estate Fair

Perry Estate Agents attended a major real estate exhibition in Stockholm, Sweden on October 15-16.

Perry Limited was represented by senior property consultants working closely with the leading property agency’s Swedish partners, who were also on hand to support the local team at the Perry stand.

The exhibition took place in Stockholmsmassan, the largest exhibition center in the Nordic region. This premier facility and venue has hosted international congresses, seminars, general assemblies, and more. and has also hosted the Eurovision Song Contest in the past. The real estate fair mainly promoted houses in the sun and attracted several thousand visitors in search of their dream home.

The event was well-promoted and the facility is conveniently located just nine minutes by train from downtown Stockholm, making it easily accessible to real estate enthusiasts.

Perry Estate Agents took part in this renowned show with the aim of showcasing selected properties from the company’s quality portfolio across the Maltese Islands to lifestyle seekers looking for holiday, permanent or retirement homes in Mediterranean.

Perry’s participation was part of the company’s overall strategy to continually promote client/vendor properties entrusted to the company for sale or rental in an overseas market.

Perry Managing Director Robert Spiteri Paris said: “We were there to meet potential buyers and provide expert advice for residential or commercial property in Malta, based on our experience and knowledge of the local market and the different proposed residency programs”.

Perry’s stand promoted Malta with the theme “Flytta to Malta – Medelhavets Parla” (Moving to Malta – The Mediterranean Pearl).

The Perry team also participated in the seminars at the event, giving a presentation and engaging with the public seeking to provide comprehensive, up-to-date and practical information about the Maltese Islands and the property buying process.
