OneDome has launched a new service called Lead Exchange, designed to allow estate agents using the Real Estate Portal platform to introduce their potential clients to the moving services of their choice, such as mortgage advice, conveyancing, home repair chain or coin exchange service.

Once the lead is generated, the system automatically contacts the customer, tracks their progress, and nurtures them until the lead is converted into a paying customer.

Customers will also be able to connect to a real estate agency branded platform and access all required moving services in one place.

Realtors can manage their referral network and relationships online and see how many leads are presented to each partner. They can also see the win rate and expected revenue by customer, service, and partner and can create leaderboards based on the performance of individual negotiators.

Lead Exchange can also be used to introduce estate agent clients to OneDome’s flagship home buying service and earn up to £500 per instruction.

The HomeBuyer service aims to offer consumers a cheaper way to buy a property by bundling mortgage advice and legal services into one product at a fixed price of £999 (including VAT).

Babek Ismayil, Founder and CEO of OneDome, said, “As a real estate portal, we have set ourselves the goal of fixing the process of buying a home by making it easier and faster for homebuyers, while allowing real estate agents to increase the revenue they earn per transaction. 15 to 20%.

“Lead Exchange is a huge step forward in achieving this goal. Realtors can now offer their clients a one-stop, agency-branded home buying and selling experience. »
