Bernards Estate Agents opens its new Fareham branch, enabling the business to cover Fareham, Whiteley, Stubbington, Gosport and everything in between.
This will be Bernards fifth branch, with existing offices in Portsmouth, North End, Drayton and Waterlooville.
The company’s most recent expansion has seen the opening of a new branch in Drayton, enabling them to sell more luxury and high end properties in North Portsmouth.
He’s also received a lot of recognition for his successes and hard work throughout the pandemic and beyond, winning around 20 awards in total over the past year.
General Manager Daniel Byrne believes the success is due to the hard work of the team.
He said: “The team worked tirelessly to make this a reality.
“This new branch will be operating in completely new territory that we have never operated in before, so it is a new challenge for all of us, but we have an extremely capable and experienced team, which I have complete confidence in.”
“It means we will be able to bring Bernards to a new area and bring our flavor to the Fareham area.”
The expansion will bring jobs to the area, with Daniel looking to recruit a mortgage adviser to join the team to provide mortgage advice and protection to Fareham customers who buy and sell through Bernards.
He also hopes to open more offices after Fareham with even more business expansions.
