A NEW lease of life could be on the cards for a popular Hereford tattoo shop, with an offer made on the spot.
The Skinzophrenic tattoo parlor went up for sale after the owners announced they would be closing permanently at the start of this year.
Located in Aubrey Street in Hereford, near the Green Dragon Hotel, Little Princess Trust and A Rule of Tum, the tattoo and piercing parlor has been put on the market with Sunderlands agents for an indicative price of £395,000.
It is now proposed, according to agents.
Sunderlands said the saloon is a well-presented detached property in good condition and includes space for three vehicles outside.
An entrance leads from the front car park to the ground floor, while a separate external staircase gives access to a self-contained apartment on the first floor.
Inside there is a reception area, kitchenette and toilet, and a large open space currently used as a tattoo studio, while upstairs there is a mezzanine with two treatment rooms or autonomous storage and a canopy.
Downstairs double doors open into an immaculately finished reception area with wooden slatted flooring. A door from the reception area gives access to a kitchenette with a toilet to one side.
The apartment on the first floor, accessible separately, has a balcony, an open-plan kitchen, a dining area and a living room, a double bedroom, a storage space and a bathroom. bathroom.
In an announcement on the tattoo parlor’s Facebook page in October, the owners of the parlor announced that they would be closing its doors at the end of March this year.
“There is not a single reason why we made this decision, but rather the set of many reasons that led us to make this choice to step down,” they said.
“We had an incredible run, but now is the time for the young birds to fly out of the nest and for us to explore the world in a different way.
“It is both extremely sad that this is the end of an incredible era, and also the exciting start of a new stage in life for all of us.
“We’ve made some amazing lifelong friends along the way, and sadly lost a few too, but the memories we share are forever.
“We had the best time at this studio and are forever grateful to the amazing customers who have supported us all these years.”
