A NEW lease of life could be on the cards for a popular Hereford tattoo shop, with an offer made on the spot.
The Skinzophrenic tattoo parlor went up for sale after the owners announced they would be closing permanently at the start of this year.
Located in Aubrey Street in Hereford, near the Green Dragon Hotel, Little Princess Trust and A Rule of Tum, the tattoo and piercing parlor has been put on the market with Sunderlands agents for an indicative price of £395,000.
It is now proposed, according to agents.
Sunderlands said the saloon is a well-presented detached property in good condition and includes space for three vehicles outside.
An entrance leads from the front car park to the ground floor, while a separate external staircase gives access to a self-contained apartment on the first floor.
Inside there is a reception area, kitchenette and toilet, and a large open space currently used as a tattoo studio, while upstairs there is a mezzanine with two treatment rooms or autonomous storage and a canopy.
