1. Manage Everyone’s Schedules: Moms need to be flexible enough to accommodate everyone’s busy schedules, from soccer practice to extra lessons and everything in between; that’s why so many mothers make such good real estate agents. Realtors need to greet clients when they can only view homes after hours, planning with current occupants to make it convenient for everyone, while answering all their emails simultaneously and remaining available to customers.

2. Provide Emotional Support: When the kids have had a tough day at school, moms are there to listen, give advice, and share comforting words like only a mom can. In real estate, it is also important to develop an emotional bond with your clients; after all, real estate agents are there to help clients make some of the most important decisions of their lives, like buying or selling a home. Building trust between customers is the best way to ensure a smooth transaction.

3. Adapt to changing circumstances: Things almost never go as planned, especially when you are raising young children. Mothers learn to adapt to adapt to whatever life throws at them.
